I have always noticed how easy life is for people who have a simple life. No fancy life, no fancy clothes and no latest phones. If you would ask me, that’s my definition of happiness; being okay with both what you do and do not have, taking one day at a time.

But then life happens, and we do not get to live in an isolated space. Here and there we cross paths with people who seem to have it all figured out, some that we emulate and it acts as a reminder that we’re not exactly where we are supposed to be according to the community standards. It’s easy to say to someone; ‘Don’t compare your life to others’ or ‘Your time will come’. But how then should this person in this predicament deal with it? Wouldn’t we all just stop comparing our lives if it was that simple ?

So this message is for someone who is going through something similar in life and feels that they aren’t enough, aren’t doing enough, or are missing something.
Begin by recalling all of the prayers you’ve said for everything you have right now.
There was a time when you didn’t have the mindset you do now, and even if you aren’t quite where you want to be, be grateful for where you are and what you have.
Others wish they could be you right now!
One day at a time, live your life.
